Overview: Menjadi Penulis SeutuhnyaSiapapun yang ingin jadi penulis ia bukan hanya harus menguasai teori tehnik menulis yang baik. Menulis hal pribadi membantu menggali sisi paling intim dan emosional seseorang. Semakin dalam akan semakin membantu menjernihkan pikiran dan bahkan menyelesaikan masalah. Karena itu menulis catatan pribadi menjadi sangat penting dilakukan bagi siapa saja. Terutama bagi mereka yang sering berada pada situasi bertekanan tinggi. Bagaimana jika tulisan terbaca orang lain? Ketakutan semacam ini sering menghantui dan menjadi penghambat yang bisa sampai mengagalkan niat menulis. Ada caranya agar semua tetap menjadi rahasia. Kata Dr. Pennebaker yang dikutip Hernowo, semua harus dilakukan secara anonym dan dirahasiakan. Apa yang harus ditulis? Apa saja. Apa saja yang diinginkan. Bebaskan diri.
