I have felt shattered and hopeless throughout my journey, but the support of those around me has moved me to a place of hope and openness. I have learned to embrace the beauty of overwhelming emotions, and to speak out about the pain and injustices that I see in the world. This poetry book is a combination of parts of my own story and the many intricacies that relate to fighting for mental health. May we all grow in our comfort with reaching out for help and expressing our stories to those around us. Not bad, but not my favorite. The pacing was a bit slow and I found myself skimming a few pages. It wasn't terrible, just okay. It's fine if you have nothing else to read.

Glad someone recommended this to me. The writing style is very engaging. It’s easy to follow but still has a lot of depth. Worth the time and money.

I was pleasantly surprised. I loved how the story unfolded. It kept me guessing without being too confusing. A solid 5/5 for me.
