Θα αρχίσω λοιπόν να διηγούμαι πώς από την παιδική μου ηλικία βρέθηκα ανάμεσα σε πολλές γλώσσες και πώς μπόρεσε να με αγγίξει η χρήση των γλωσσών που κανονικά δεν θα έπρεπε να μιλάω ή να χρησιμοποιώ για να γράφω ποίηση. Ο πατέρας μου ήταν Άραβας, γεννημένος στη Δαμασκό, στη Συρία. Στα δώδεκα χρόνια του μπήκε στη Στρατιωτική Ακαδημία της Κωνσταντινούπολης, την επονομαζόμενη Σχολή Πολέμου. Ήταν προς τα τέλη του 19ου αιώνα. Αλλά αυτό ξεκινάει από πολύ παλιά, διήρκεσε τόσο πολύ που έγινε δεύτερή μου φύση, και δεν μπορώ να πω ότι έχω υποφέρει πολύ συχνά από αυτό. Υπάρχουν μάλιστα στιγμές που είμαι ευτυχισμένη. Really enjoyed this one. The author did a great job wrapping everything up at the end. No weird plot holes left behind. Definitely recommend it if you like this genre.
