Overview: Juned Ardi, lelaki yang dikhianati oleh kekasihnya –Elya Rahma. Perempuan itu selingkuh dengan sahabatnya bernama Ikmal. Memutuskan untuk menggeluti rock climbing (panjat tebing) sebagai pelariannya. Berbekal pengalaman sewaktu SMA, Juned pergi bertualang ke tempat baru guna menenangkan hatinya. Dalam cerita ini, ia mendaki tebing Likunggavali, Gorontalo. Sebagai bab pembuka cerita.Setelah setahun ‘dibiarkan’ ibunya, akhirnya Juned kembali diminta untuk lebih fokus lagi kuliah. Dan kisah barunya pun dimulai, saat ia mengantar adiknya ke acara kompetisi tari di kampus. Acara anak SMA yang dirancang oleh Nara.Nara adalah anak bungsu dari empat bersaudara. Rentang usia yang cukup panjang dengan kakak-kakaknya, membuat Nara harus mencari teman lain di sekolah. Beda usianya 7 tahun dengan kakak paling kecil. Sejak SD, (setelah nenek Nara meninggal) orangtua Nara memutuskan untuk pindah dari desa mereka, Malalak, Agam, Sumatra Barat. Karena alasan pekerjaan ayah Nara. Memilih untuk pindah ke Padang.Mereka menetap di sebuah komplek perumahan di Padang. Bertemu tetangga bernama Kevin. Masuk sekolah yang sama dengan Kevin. Persahabatan itu berlanjut. Meski mereka tidak kuliah pada Jurusan yang sama. Kevin memilih Jurusan Pendidikan Fisika, selain itu dia juga aktif di komunitas pecinta lingkungan. Sedangkan Nara memilih Jurusan Seni Tari dan Musik, dan aktif di kegiatan Tari.Seiring waktu berjalan, diam-diam Kevin menyimpan rasa kepada Nara, sahabatnya. Cinta itu semakin hari semakin tumbuh, tapi ia tidak juga berani menyatakan. Ia memilih diam. Memendam perasaannya. Dan tetap mendengarkan, membiarkan, Nara bercerita tentang lelaki yang menjadi pacarnya. Nara perempuan yang realistis, meski sakit hati, dia tetap mencoba membuka hatinya kembali pada lelaki lain. Dalam komunitas pencinta lingkungannya, Kevin bertemu dengan Tiara. Perempuan yang suka kepadanya. Namun sikap dingin Kevin membuat Tiara merasa semakin tertantang. Ia terus mendekati Kevin, meski dia tahu, di mata lelaki itu ada rasa suka kepada Nara. Namun cinta sepertinya telah membuat Tiara buta dengan terus berharap dan mendekati Kevin.Nara selalu mencari Kevin saat dia butuh teman berbagi. Orangtua Kevin yang sibuk membuat Kevin tinggal sendiri di rumah. Dan hanya Nara yang bisa datang ke sana kapan pun dia mau, dan ingin bercerita kepada Kevin. Pun saat Nara menceritakan tentang Juned, lelaki yang akhir-akhir ini bertemu dengannya. Di sebuah acara tahunan kampus, Juned dan Nara bertemu karena mengisi acara yang sama. Kevin pun dikenalkan oleh Nara kepada Juned.Juned mengajak Nara untuk mendaki, sebuah tempat yang ada air terjunnya di daerah Lubuk Alung, beberapa puluh kilo meter dari Padang. Tempat itu namanya Air terjun Nyarai. Meski Kevin sempat khawatir, dia tetap tidak melarang Nara. Apalagi melihat Nara yang antusias terhadap kegiatan itu. Ia sudah lama penasaran dengan tempat itu, karena banyak yang aplod di sosial media. Di puncak bukit, setelah melalui perjalanan yang cukup melelahkan, Juned menyatakan perasaannya kepada Nara, dekat air terjun Nyarai. Perempuan itu pun menerima cinta Juned.Kemesraan mereka berlanjut. Kevin tetap menjadi orang yang selalu manampung apa pun yang diceritakan Nara. Namun sejak ada Juned, waktu Nara mulai berkurang kepada Kevin. Kecuali jika Nara ingin curhat. Kevin memilih menambah kegiatan untuk mengalihkan perhatiannya kepada Nara. Ia pun segera mengambil mata kuliah praktek lapangan. Dengan menjadi guru Magang di SMA 10 Padang.Tiara teman satu komunitas Kevin, yang peka terhadap perubahan sikap Kevin memanfaatkan momen itu. Ia terus mendekati Kevin, lebih intens. Membantu Kevin dalam banyak hal. Lebih dari biasanya. Hingga suatu sore, untuk kedua kalinya, Tiara menyatakan perasaannya kepada Kevin. Saat itu, Kevin pun ingin mencoba menjalani hubungan dengan Tiara, sebagai kekasih. Namun hatinya tetaplah ada kepada Nara.Sepanjang menjalani hubungan dengan Kevin, Tiara hanya mendapat kecewa. Sebab Kevin tetap saja memberi perhatian yang lebih kepada Nara. Pernah suatu kali, pada makan malam pertama mereka. Yang sudah dipersiapkan sedemikian rupa, Kevin meninggalkan Tiara. Hanya karena Nara butuh bantuan.Keresahan hati Tiara berlanjut. Saat Nara tertimpa musibah terberat dalam hidupnya. Nara yang telah menjatuhkan hatinya kepada Juned, dengan tidak berniat lagi mencari yang lain. Perasaannya sudah dalam terhadap lelaki itu. Tapi Tuhan berkata lain, di sebuah kecelakaan panjat tebing. Sore itu di tebing Harau, lima puluh kota, Sumatra Barat. Juned mengembuskan napas terakhirnya. Habis sudah kisahnya, tapi tidak habis kesedihan Nara.Tiara yang sudah tidak tahan, akhirnya memilih untuk mundur. Ia melepaskan Kevin, yang ternyata masih menaruh hatinya kepada Nara.
