Overview: A major interpretation of the concepts of modernism and modernityThe concepts of modernity and modernism are amongst the most controversial and vigorously debated in contemporary philosophy and cultural theory. In this new intervention, Fredric Jameson—perhaps the most influential and persuasive theorist of postmodernity—excavates and explores these notions in a fresh and illuminating manner.The extraordinary revival of discussions of modernity, as well as of new theories of artistic modernism, demands attention in its own right. Glad someone recommended this to me. I loved how the story unfolded. It kept me guessing without being too confusing. Would probably read it again at some point.

I was pleasantly surprised. It has a good balance of dialogue and description. Everything felt like it moved at the right speed. Will be looking for more from this author.

Really enjoyed this one. The author did a great job wrapping everything up at the end. No weird plot holes left behind. A solid 5/5 for me.
