Overview: This publication is the second element in the second version of ITIL (Information Tecnology Infrastructure Library). It covers aspects that service providers must take into consideration and covers issues such as service level management, financial management for IT services, IT service continuity management, availability management and capacity management. Each component of service delivery is discussed separately in the book. The purpose of this text is to show the links and the principal relationships between all the service management and other infrastructure management processes. I liked it for the most part. Writing is good, just wish there was a bit more depth in certain parts. Still kept my attention though. Still a good book.

Really enjoyed this one. I got really invested in the main character's journey. Everything just clicked for me. Would probably read it again at some point.
