Bananas magazine was a fun look at popular culture during the 70’s & 80’s. It was kind of like ‘Mad Lite‘, and a few of the contributors, like artist, Sam Viviano became major Mad magazine contributors. The editor was R.L Stine (aka ‘Jovial Bob Stein). Glad someone recommended this to me. The author did a great job wrapping everything up at the end. No weird plot holes left behind. Worth the time and money.

Not bad, but not my favorite. It had some good moments, but the overall plot felt a bit disjointed in the second half. It's fine if you have nothing else to read.
