Overview: Subtitle: The Official Mechanics and Philosophies of the Washington Officials AssociationThe mechanics and philosophies included in the Mechanics Illustrated have been approved for all levels of play by the WIAA, WOA Executive Board and the WOA Baseball Committee and are expected to be followed by all officials and local associations in Washington.The mechanics outlined by the Mechanics Illustrated are a starting point and should be adhered to in the majority of situations. The statewide observations and evaluations will be based on an official following the mechanics as outlined. With that being said, it is also understood by the WOA Baseball Committee that there may be situations not covered in the book or situations where it is necessary for an umpire or crew to deviated from the prescribed mechanic in order to place the crew in a favorable position to officiate. If an umpire/crew must deviate from the approved mechanics, they should return to the approved mechanic as soon as the game situation allows.

Honestly one of the better books I've read lately. I got really invested in the main character's journey. Everything just clicked for me. Would probably read it again at some point.

Really enjoyed this one. The writing style is very engaging. It’s easy to follow but still has a lot of depth. Definitely recommend it if you like this genre.

Such a great read. It has a good balance of dialogue and description. Everything felt like it moved at the right speed. Worth the time and money.
