Overview: Between 1629 and 1642, twenty-one thousand Puritans slipped loose from the economic and emotional ties that bound them to their parishes in England and set sail for the Massachusetts Bay Colony. They hoped to create a model Christian society on North America soil. Such a great read. It has a good balance of dialogue and description. Everything felt like it moved at the right speed. A solid 5/5 for me.
